"base price" web site special ($699 special and $100 off special) allows IT Continuum Inc to reuse the design and layout of any specially priced web site unless stated and signed in written format by an IT Continuum Inc represent.IT Continuum Inc will always have rights to reuse all coding and database layout and design. All domain names are owned by IT Continuum Inc until a project is paid for in full. In the event that project does not get paid in full and is delinquent for more than 6 months a domain name can be resold by IT Continuum Inc. to any interested party. In the event that project does not get paid in full and is delinquent for more than 6 months any but not limited to; advertising or web design layout "base price" or any other type, can be resold by IT Continuum Inc to any interested party. A $25 (twenty-five) late fee will accrue on any project that is 30 (thirty) days late. $25 will be added every 30 day days without notice to the client. Top of Page
